A product is non returnable except if it meets the following conditions:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item with a recorded video of product unboxing, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • Refunds are typically completed within 7 days after approval.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Exchange Options

  • We offer exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Kindly share clear photos of the product and packaging and unboxing video to kusomspiceutical@gmail.com to help us resolve the issue quickly.
  • After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Items purchased during clearance or special sale events or in sale (unless damaged or defective)
  • Products returned without original packaging

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, the return shipping cost will be borne by us.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
