Exchange Options
- We offer exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Kindly share clear photos of the product and packaging and unboxing video to kusomspiceutical@gmail.com to help us resolve the issue quickly.
- After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items

- Products returned without original packaging
Return Shipping Costs

Cancellations
